How to exchange an item

Items may be exchanged for a different size, so long as they are returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In some cases, a different size may be a higher cost. In this case, we recommend that you return the item to us and purchase the new size instead. The customer is be responsible for postage and is responsible for the safe return of the goods.

Additional charges may apply for exchange items, at the relevant rate. Goods must be returned in 'as new' condition, with no blemishes, defects or parts missing, and preferably still in its original packaging. Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout and should not be marked with chalk etc.

We recommend that you use a postal tracking service. We are not responsible for items lost in the post so it is recommended that you pick a service that provides insurance for the value of the goods.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your return or exchange. In some cases, this may be within two days of receiving the goods. However, it can sometimes take up to five business days.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cancellations must be made by email (to contact@sudvig.com). Please quote your order number.

Defective items

We try our hardest to ensure our products are of high quality and live up to the the highest standards.

However, if a product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at contact@sudvig.com and include your order number, name and delivery address.
